Buyer Network Terms and Conditions
These Buyer Network Terms and Conditions apply to investors, buyers, agents, and other parties who request access to opportunities shared by Hank's Texas Homes.
1. Confidentiality
Buyer agrees that all property information, pricing, photos, documents, seller information, deal terms, and related materials shared by Hank's Texas Homes are confidential and are provided only for Buyer's private evaluation.
2. No Seller Contact
Buyer agrees not to contact, approach, negotiate with, solicit, or communicate directly with any property owner, seller, occupant, listing party, or related party connected to an opportunity shared by Hank's Texas Homes unless Buyer receives written permission from Hank's Texas Homes.
3. No Marketing or Redistribution
Buyer agrees not to market, advertise, post, resell, forward, assign, publish, or redistribute any property information or opportunity shared by Hank's Texas Homes without prior written approval.
4. Equitable Interest and Assignment
Buyer understands that properties shared through the network may be under contract or otherwise controlled by Hank's Texas Homes or its partners through equitable rights, assignment rights, purchase agreements, option agreements, or similar transaction structures. Buyer acknowledges that opportunities may be presented as assignments of contract or other legally permissible transaction structures.
5. Buyer Due Diligence
Buyer is responsible for performing their own due diligence, including but not limited to inspections, title review, closing costs, repair estimates, resale value, rental value, zoning, permits, liens, taxes, and any other facts material to the purchase.
6. No Guarantee of Profit or Availability
Hank's Texas Homes does not guarantee profit, resale value, rental income, financing, property condition, clear title, or availability of any property. Opportunities may be withdrawn, sold, assigned, or otherwise become unavailable at any time.
7. Communication Consent
By submitting a buyer profile, Buyer agrees to be contacted by Hank's Texas Homes by phone, text message, and email regarding potential real estate opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. Buyer may request to stop receiving communications at any time.
8. Violation of Terms
If Buyer violates these terms, Hank's Texas Homes may remove Buyer from the network, stop sending opportunities, and pursue any available remedies.
9. No Legal or Financial Advice
Information provided by Hank's Texas Homes is for deal evaluation purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
