Do I need to clean or make repairs?
No. We buy as-is. You can leave unwanted items behind in many cases.
Are there any fees or commissions?
There are no agent commissions when selling directly to us. We typically cover standard closing costs on most deals, but final terms depend on the property and title.
How does closing work?
We use a Texas title company. Once terms are agreed, the title company handles documents, payoff statements, and the closing appointment (in-person or remote, depending on the title company).
What if the house has liens or I’m behind on payments?
We’ll review the title situation and explain what’s possible. In some cases, liens/payoffs can be handled through closing—depends on amounts and timeline.
Are you representing me as my real estate agent?
We are investors making an offer to purchase your property. Even if someone on our team is licensed, we are not acting as your agent or representing you in this transaction. If you want representation, you should hire a licensed real estate agent of your choice.
