How Opportunities Become Available
Hank's Texas Homes actively sources and acquires real estate throughout DFW. Some opportunities fit our own investment strategy, while others are better suited for investors within our network. At times, we may also have excess deal flow or inventory that we decide not to take through our own investment strategy.
When that happens, we may make our contractual or equitable interest in a transaction available to a member of Hank's Network. Members receive the opportunity, pricing, available property information, and transaction terms so they can determine whether it fits their investment criteria.
